株式会社Gunosy、合同会社DMM.comのCTOを経て、2021年3月よりLayerX代表取締役CTOに就任。開発や組織づくり、ならびにFintechとAi Workforce、Securityの3事業の推進を担当。2019年には日本CTO協会の立ち上げに関わり、理事として活動したのち、2025年より顧問に就任。

After serving as CTO of Gunosy Inc. and DMM.com LLC, he became Representative Director & CTO of LayerX in March 2021. He oversees development and organization building, as well as three businesses: Fintech, Ai Workforce, and Security. In 2019 he helped launch the Japan CTO Association, serving as a director before becoming an advisor in 2025.

生成AIの登場と進化により、いま私たちはソフトウェア開発の歴史における最大の転換点に立っています。

「AIをツールとして使う」フェーズは終わり、「AIがソフトウェア開発を行う主体としての開発プロセスを再構築する」AI駆動開発(AI-Driven Development)の時代が始まっています。

この変革の荒波をAI駆動開発の知と実践を共有することで共に乗り越え、次世代のエンジニアリングの姿を描き出すために、「AI駆動開発サミット2027」(AI-Driven Development Summit 2027)を開催いたします。

With the arrival and evolution of generative AI, we now stand at the greatest turning point in the history of software development.

The phase of “using AI as a tool” is over. The era of AI-Driven Development, which “rebuilds the development process with AI as the entity that develops software,” has begun.
